Zain Personal Coach Privacy Policy

Zain Personal Coach is a private, single-user fitness coaching service operated for Zain Hussain. It combines authorized WHOOP information with information voluntarily supplied through Telegram and workout records supplied from RepBook.

Information processed

• WHOOP profile and body measurements.
• WHOOP recovery, cycle, sleep, and workout information, including HRV, resting heart rate, strain, and sleep measurements.
• Telegram messages and files voluntarily sent to the coach, which may include meal photos, progress photos, measurements, and coaching feedback.
• Read-only RepBook workout exports or records supplied by the user.

Purpose

The information is used only to provide private fitness, recovery, sleep, nutrition, and workout guidance; maintain progress records; and improve recommendations for the authorized user. The service does not provide medical diagnosis or replace qualified medical care.

Authorization and access

WHOOP access uses OAuth. The service never receives or stores the user's WHOOP password. Access is restricted to the service owner’s authorized Telegram account and server administration credentials.

Storage and security

Service data and OAuth tokens are stored on a private DigitalOcean server. Network traffic uses HTTPS. Credentials and tokens are not intentionally logged or displayed publicly. Reasonable technical controls are used to limit unauthorized access, but no internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

Service providers

Information may be processed only as needed by WHOOP, Telegram, DigitalOcean, and the configured AI model provider to operate the service. Information is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only while needed for the private coaching service or until the user requests deletion. The user may request deletion of stored messages, measurements, photos, coaching records, or the entire account record. WHOOP authorization can be revoked through WHOOP or by contacting the service operator.

Sharing

Personal and health-related information is not intentionally shared with other users. Disclosure may occur only when required by law or necessary to protect the security and operation of the service.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the coach’s capabilities, storage, or service providers change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
